戚万鹏，1954年出生，辽宁人，当过兵、教师、记者;做过“诗人”梦。现居住和工作在中国最美的边境城市丹东，任媒体摄影记者。
1988年接触摄影。
2001年加入中国艺术摄影学会。
2001年，作品《我赢了》、《梦圆》入选北京申奥成功华人摄影大赛作品集《“7.13”今夜无人入睡》
2002年，《影子系列》入选大型画册《中国摄影家作品选》。
2004年加入中国摄影家协会。

Qi Wanpeng, press-photographer, was born in 1954 in Liaoning Province, living in the biggest border city of China---Dandong now. He was ever a soldier, teacher and journalist. And he also dreamed of being a poet.
In 1988, entered into the field of photographing;
In 2001, joined in China Photography Artist Association; In the same year, his photos I Won and The Dream Came True were collected in “7.13” Sleepless Tonight ---the selection of Chinese photographs for Beijing’s successful bid for the 2008 Olympic Games
In 2002, “Light and Shadow” photos were collected in Selection of Chinese Photography Artists’ Works
In 2004, joined in Photographers Association.
